Festival Pass Sales

Festival passes will go on sale 15 July 2026.

First sales phase with early bird prices runs until August 31 2026. Regular sales will begin on September 1 and continue until the available pool of festival passes is sold out.

The pass allows you to attend all ETER Anima Festival 2026 events, provided that you reserve a seat in advance.

There are:

• festival pass,
• school student pass for attendees aged 19 or under,
• student pass for attendees aged 26 or under,
• senior pass for attendees aged 60 and over.

How to buy?

Festival passes are available exclusively online on the website eterfestival.com/sklep

Creating an account is required to make a purchase. Each person may purchase only one festival pass, which will be assigned to their account. The pass is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Festival pass collection

The festival pass will take the form of a personal ID badge containing the pass holder’s first name, last name, and individual number.

ID badges can be collected in person at the Festival Centre located at the National Centre for Film Culture in Łódź, open from September 30 to October 3, 2026. The exact opening hours of the Festival Centre will be announced before the festival begins.

When collecting each festival pass, you will be required to present a document confirming your identity.

People using a discounted pass should also present a valid document confirming their eligibility for the discount, such as a school or student ID. Documents in the mObywatel app, as well as foreign documents confirming school or student status, will also be accepted.

Reservations

The pass itself does not automatically reserve a seat for a specific screening or event.

The reservation system will be launched one day before the festival and will be available after logging in, in the “My Account” section.

One seat may be reserved for each event. Reservations can be made or cancelled until the event start time.

At least 70% of seats in each screening room will be allocated to festival pass holders. The remaining seats will be available for ticket sales.

People without reservations will also be able to wait outside the screening room. Entry will be possible after people with reservations and tickets have been admitted, provided that seats remain available.

Please arrive at events well in advance. After a screening or meeting has started, participants may not be admitted to the room.

Tickets for single events

Tickets for individual screenings and events will cost PLN 20.

Ticket sales will be conducted exclusively online at eterfestival.com until the event starts or until the available seats are sold out.

A maximum of five tickets for a given event may be purchased in a single order.

After purchase, the ticket in PDF format will be sent to your e-mail address and saved to your user account. At the entrance, it is enough to show it on your phone screen — there is no need to print it.

Ticket sales will be launched in September, subject to seat availability at the Festival.

Important information

Festival passes and tickets apply to events taking place on specific dates and are therefore not subject to standard refunds after purchase.

Changing the owner of a festival pass that has not yet been collected is allowed, but it must be reported no later than seven days before the start of the festival at: bilety@eterfestival.com.

During screenings, recording, photographing the screen, and capturing any parts of the films being presented are strictly prohibited.
